Chatham Animal Rescue & Education
Pet adoptions are a wonderful thing. Ordinary people, just like you, are rescuing pets across the country. By using the Online Payment Service after any amendment, you consent to the Terms of Payment, as it is changed from time to time. Programs relying on adoption and responsible pet ownership have been developed, together with some that emphasize the need of pets to remain with their owners.
These animals have been examined by a veterinarian, are up to date with their shots, and many times come with a complete medical history. As more and more people are trying harder than ever just to survive, there are less people willing and able to foster and care for pets.
We do not provide transportation for adoptions. By fostering, providing veterinary care, and finding homes, rescuers all over the nation are fighting the battle of pet abuse. For every dog or cat you adopt from Life Animal Rescue we are able to save at least one more animal.
In addition to the representations in the Terms of Use, you represent to us that: (i) the information you provide to us in connection with the Online Payment Service will be accurate; (ii) you have the right to authorize us to obtain payment from the Credit Card account designated in your instructions; and (iii) no other person’s authorization or action is needed to approve our creation and processing of your Credit Card account.

We specialize in matching breeds that are hard to place due to discrimination and labeling with progressive shelters and rescues willing to take on the challenge of taking in these ‘at risk’ dogs and giving them what they need to succeed.
While the Humane Society of the United States does not run or oversee local animal shelters or rescues, we do operate rescue teams, community-based programs and five wildlife sanctuaries and care centers that directly assist tens of thousands of animals each year.
